Do you mean the cart cannot show more than that because the field is not wide enough? The widths of fields can be changed with custom css. For advice, please post the link to your site.
Alternatively you could try another theme.
In the cart there has a notice:
Total cost of products in cart must be $9,999 or less
The woocommerce plugin can deal with larger cart values, so this limitation is coming from from one of your other plugins or from some custom code put in by your website developer.
Temporarily switch to the Storefront theme and deactivate all plugins except woocommerce. Do you have the limitation now?
If there is still a limitation, look at any custom code that you have. It might be in a code snippets plugin or in functions.php for your child theme. Forum members can’t see any of that.
If the limitaion is no longer there, reactivate theme and plugins one by one and check to try to identify where its coming from. Then look at the settings for the identified plugin.
I found that there has a Plugin call Min and Max Quantity for WooCommerce, which set the Cart Amount which bounced to $9,999.
