Am I missing something here? Are you experiencing something else?
In any case, I’m afraid to say that the checkout page isn’t so easily modifiable, as most of the template is rendered by WooCommerce itself, not Blocksy. It may be needed to implement a custom cart solution, if you want to have more control over things. The image ratio is controlled by the main image ratio of the product archives, which can be found under the Customiser -> Product Archives -> Card Options -> Image Size.
