I don’t think it’s an issue from our plugin, the match rate is calculated through facebook and we have no control over this.
If it’s 0% then it usually means that the facebook events are not being fired but on your screenshot the last event received was 39 minutes ago so it seems to be working.
Try following their debug guide: Troubleshoot Catalog Match Rate Issues | Meta Business Help Centre (facebook.com) or reach facebook’s support side of things.
