The title Your Order Settings is ready for translation. So if you want to translate that text you can easily change it by using PO file. If you want to change the text only then you can override the plugin template file. Just follow the below steps.
1. You can simply create a folder called food-store in your active theme.
2. Create a folder called services inside the newly created food-store folder.
3. Copy service-modal.php from core food-store/templates/services and paste it inside the services folder of the theme that you created recently.
4. Open service-modal.php in any text editor and change the text for your order settings.
