Changing background colour of links when looking at posts

I understood your issue. To fix it by yourself, try adding this CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

.post-navigation .nav-links {
  background-color: transparent;
}

FYI, I’ve added this to our bug tracker system. And the permanent fix for this will come in the future update of the theme. Thanks for helping us finding this issue.
