Chat Widget

Hi guys, we had someone build our WordPress Site, but we are now making changes. I’m trying to add a new Textline widget to our page, but need to remove this current chatbot. I have no idea where the chatbot is the WordPress backend to remove it. I’ve checked pages, widgets, popups, now I’m trying to look in the html code. Uploading a photo of what the widget looks like also if anybody is familiar
