Check against products subtotal from exact product category

Hi,

Is there a way to create a condition to check if in the cart there are products valued above 100$ and they need to be in exactly “Baby Shampoo” category.

So for example:
A scenario.)
I have 2 products in the cart from Baby Shampoo category subtotal 90$.
I have 1 product in the cart from Baby Shoes category with subtotal 20$.
In this case the Rule is not activating.

B scenario.)
I have 3 products in the cart from Baby Shampoo category subtotal 110$.
The rule is activating and I can add a free product to my cart.

So I need to check subtotal based on product category in the cart.
