Checkout form with form widget

Form widget can only build forms to collect leads or queries however you can use shortcode widget to add any form in a landing page.

Thank you for your quick response. Do I just have to paste the shortcode in widget to load the form ?

Yes, Exactly just paste your form shortcode in shortcode widget field, update the landing page, When you preview your landing page the form will load.
