checkout issue

hi there,

im using elessi theme for wordpress, everything was working perfectly but now i have issues with the checkout (confirm order button), customers can't confirm orders and they get a message to try later. but i can see the order in woocommerce with only customer's phone number (no name or city).

i have this issuein 2 websites same theme & same hosting provider.. even with twenty twenty one theme the problem persists. any ideas please ?
