I replicated the issue on your website using a random address in Spain.

However, the error message you see typically appears when the system can’t find a suitable shipping method for the customer’s location. It’s possible that the shipping zones you’ve configured don’t cover the location of the customers trying to make purchases.
Please check your shipping zones and methods to ensure they cover all the regions you want to ship to.
Additionally, are you using any plugins or thrid party services for your shipping? Could you please share a screenshot of your shipping zone and method settings? For screenshots, you may use https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

I am not using any thrid party plugin for shipping I think.

Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this.
It appears in the screenshots that while the shipping option is named envio gratuito, it is actually set up as flat rate.
Feel free to delete that shipping method, for España, and create a new one.
The two screenshots, below, showcase the options that need to be selected.


After doing so, I gather that free shipping will be made available for España peninsula, when an address from there is entered.

Oh! It is working now I think.
So I was having a conflict with Flat rate.
