Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
You can add the rel=”nofollow” attribute to all filter links using hooks – Term HTML hooks. For more information – please check the link below:
But these hooks do not allow you to understand what links are indexable and what is not. So you have a choice – add it to all links or do not add it at all.
