Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Rank Math should also remove all the plugin’s meta data in the wp_usermeta table. Can you please try initiating the filter code from this guide again? We have tested this from our end and it works well.
Also, please make sure to deactivate and delete the plugin to run the filter code completely.
Let us know how that goes.
