Hi, i want to have a new chatbox everytime user enter the website or refresh the page (instead of keeping the old history).
Hence, i remove the id. However, after removing, the welcome text n etc cant be customised already.
Is there any way i can have both? remain the id and clear the chat history everytime user refresh or re-enter the site
