Clearing the cache gives me 500 Internal Server Error

Hi, I’m using the LiteSpeed Plugin and whenever I try to clear the cache, it gives me 500 Internal Server Error. The website is back online after \~10 seconds.

Does this mean my servers need an upgrade? My traffic is very low and I’m using Hetzner (Cyberpanel) with 3v CPUs, 4 GB RAM.
