Hi, users are expected to click on the arrows while the image itself can be dragged but this is more for touch devices than dragging with a mouse. You can get the old large click areas with the Legacy version. Choose Legacy at the Version option (it’s the first one) in the FancyBox section on Settings > Media.
Or you can try the newer fancyBox2 version, which has not been fully integrated yet but should work. That too has larger arrow click areas.
