Cloudflare JS Challenge – firewall rules or Re-Captcha?

What do you guys thinks works best?

Been using Re-captcha for the longest time, then for some reason my client kept getting all these spam requests being submitted in the contact form. So I decided to test out the Cloudflare js challenge one yesterday. So far I’ve had no spam submissions 🙂
