Anyone know what this is about? I was trying to install another plugin but this alert is preventing me from doing so. I don’t see any plugin named Code Freeze in my dashboard that could have been activated.

Also, I noticed simple history has been picking up some weird login attempts. Could it be related?

Seems to come from something called Fortress.
Don’t worry about login attempts – they are normal.
