Thank you for reaching out! Before anything else, I recommend you to test out that the system is working for you.

If for you a referred visit is being registered and also a test payment results in a commission, then the system is working as it should. Please let me know if that’s not the case.
If the system is working for you, then the customer may have purchased using another device than the one used when they initially visited your site via the affiliate’s referral link.
Please note that the plugin uses first party cookies to track visits. This means that the cookie is stored only on the browser and device the user used when accessing the affiliate’s referral link. For privacy reasons, we cannot track a visitor from one device to another.
If this is what happened for your customer, I recommend manually adding the commission for your affiliate from SliceWP > Commissions > Add New Commission.
Please firstly test the plugin as described in the troubleshooting guide. If it’s not working as described, please let me know.
