For one affiliate no commissions are being resitered anymore. While it was working fine for over a year, it stopped registering commissions as of last month. It still registere the visits, but they are not converted. Other affiliates are not affected. Can you please advice on how we can resolve the issue?
Actions I’ve already taken:
- Disabled/enabled affiliate
- Disabled/enabled plugin
- I’ve updated the plugin both core as pro
