I have also added a commission manually to one of my affiliates and it reflected after a few seconds. But why doesn’t it work when the subscription is being made?

Thank you for reaching out! Before anything else, I recommend you to follow our troubleshooting guide, here: https://slicewp.com/docs/troubleshooting/
Please make sure to turn on the Debug Log from SliceWP > Settings > Tools (tab) before you test the functionality, just to make sure that if any error occur, you know about them.
As for the commissions in the affiliate’s account, please note that only commissions with Unpaid and Paid statuses are shown. Pending and Rejected commissions are not displayed in the affiliate’s account.

I have set the debug log but nothing shows there.
How do I set all new commissions to ‘Unpaid’? At least until they are paid then I can then set them to ‘Paid’.
Both paid and unpaid commissions aren’t reflecting.

If you’re not seeing any errors I’m guessing that the system is working as it was designed.
In the sense that the commissions appear on the admin side, with a Pending status, but don’t appear for the affiliate, which is the desired outcome. Please let me know if this is the case.
As for modifying a commission’s status, this will be done automatically by the plugin once the associated order is completed/paid.
When a new order, that as referred by an affiliate, is generated by Paid Memberships Pro, SliceWP will create a commission with the Pending status. When this order is paid/completed in Paid Memberships Pro, the commission’s status will be updated from Pending to Unpaid.

The commission doesn’t appear in the admin side.
I have tried to make a successful payment using a test affiliate account. It didn’t sow in the admin side, and also didn’t show in the affiliate account dashboard.

Your settings look good. Just a quick question: is the Paid Memberships Pro integration enabled in SliceWP > Settings > Integrations (tab)?
If it is, and commissions are still not being created, can you please contact us privately (here: , as I do need to ask for access so that I can debug this issue.
Normally, based on your settings, commissions should be created. I can’t say why it’s not working properly for you without taking a closer look.
