I’m looking for a plugin that will track whether someone has read a page and clicked “I agree”, with the date/time/IP recorded in a way that’s easy to audit and report on.
My use case is health and safety documents. As we update our documents (for instance we switch cleaners) or we need a change in procedure because of an issue we’ve found I need to make sure everyone can find the info easily.
My dream result would be a portal where all my staff can log in and can always find all our procedures for doing things – everything from cleaning draft faucets to filtering beer. Each of those documents will change from time to time – I’d need to be able to report on who has clicked “Yes I have read and I understand” and who hasn’t so I can talk to them in person and make sure they’re aware.
I’ve poked at a few HR plugins I’ve seen but they tend to be more focused on running an HR department. I might just have tunnel vision on the “HR” thing and not be thinking about other ways to do this so I thought I’d ask on here!
