Hello!
That sounds to be that zoho is rejecting the embeeded image, some providers can reject the embeeded images either for some kind of security or business configuration. Unfortunatelly if that is the case there is nothing that can be done in the plugin to bypass that limitation as that is a restriction imposed by the email provider.
