Please rest assured Facebook for WooCommerce 3.2.9 (released two days ago) is already compatible with WooCommerce 9.3.0. You can review this in our changelog here: https://projectdmc.org/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/#developers.
WooCommerce 9.3.1 was just a minor update that disables one feature originally planned for release on 9.3, so Facebook for WooCommerce is still compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce!
