Hello there!
I have just started my very first wordpress blog/page this week & I’m super new to any of this. Therefore, I only chose the “Starter plan” which means I cannot install plugins. I just posted my very first article as a test & wanted to check where I can track the views.
I found people use the MonsterInsights plugin but I cannot install this with starter plan, is there any other way I can see if someone read my article?
The 25€ creator plan is a bit expensive for me atm, especially because I want to first experiment and learn for a while since this is all difficult to me

You’re referring to [wordpress.com](https://wordpress.com/), whereas this community is for [wordpress.org](https://wordpress.org/). Start with researching the difference. You might wish to change your plan to using the .org version, it’s far more superior, flexible and affordable.
