Complex Quiz WordPress Plugin and Mail Integration

I'm researching how to solve the following:
A quiz with 10 questions, each answer contributes to:
Personality A
Personality B
At the end I would like to show:

You're 20% A [text about personality A of 10-20% interval] 

and

80% B [Text about personality B of the 60-80% interval]

I use to work with jetformbuilder but I don't know if this is possible.
