Hello!
I have ACF (advanced custom fields) and photonic gallery installed on my site.
When I visited a page in admin area, I noticed a js error:
“Failed to initialize plugin: photonic TypeError: Cannot set properties of undefined (setting ‘photonic_view_renderer’)”
in file tinymce.min.js (just in case – I am using Gutenberg editor)
When I tried to edit a gallery, media library just doesn’t load.
When I am creating a gallery on a fresh page, there is no error, and media library loads just fine, but after page refresh there is the error again.
I tried ticking some options in photonic settings, and when I ticked “Disable shortcode editing in Visual Editor” the error dissapeared. However, media library still doesn’t load, and there was new error:
“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘removeAllPlayers’)”
in media-views.min.js
I tried removing other plugins one by one, and the error dissapeared when I removed advanced custom fields
I tried rolling back a few versions both plugins, but no effect (so it might have to do with core updates…)
I have no idea when it started because usually I am not editing or creating the posts, but the editor never reported me this error. Any ideas what might be the cause of the problems?
