In the meantime i have had contact with the support of ALP and they say it is a problem I need to check with sendcloud.

We have a number of articles in our Help Center about installing and troubleshooting the WooCommerce integration with Sendcloud, including references to some plugins:
Please note, some plugin settings can interfere with the Sendcloud plugin, and some other plugins may not be compatible with the Sendcloud plugin.
