This was the only thing in the log after turning on debugging. Not sure it would help, but we have WP Mail SMTP plugin and I couldn’t complete the set up of Outlook credentials using their setup wizard without having to disable your plugin. The last step kept redirecting me to your plugin’s dashboard.
