We were having some API issues around the time of the majority of those logged items, so that’s very likely going to be what caused the admin notices in this case.
Not seeing any caught signup attempts in the logs as well, so nothing was missed. We have some catching involved for when there are some API issues and we re-attempt those once connectivity has been restored.
