I’ve built my own WordPress website without any recent experience and think I’ve done a good enough job.
my website is built for my chauffeuring business
my question is relating to Contact form 7:
Currently, i have 2 contact forms:
1: A booking form
2: A quote form
Currently, I’ve just got it mailing to me the details of the form, and then i reply to it to confirm the booking, or give the quote as requested via the form, and i use Mail 2 to give the customer a update to let them know I’ve received it,
a lot of the stuff on the internet relates to using these forms for subscribers, and not for doing this sort of thing, so. my main question is, am i doing this right?
Like is this the most efficient way to do it?

Typically I suggest using something dedicated for booking, 3rd party integration, rather than using a form with booking – modern interfaces and text inclusion go a long way to making your life and customer life easier – but if that’s out of budget, you’re doing just fine this way.
