Before my client changed over to outlook 365 there was never any issues getting a contact form 7 to send emails to them I have changed the email routing to remote server in the Cpanel and tried using third party apps like wp smtp even using an email address of mine to run it but still can’t get the emails to go to outlook 365 anyone else have this issue? Anyone know who I can contact in Microsoft with regards to this?

It’s likely an incorrect or missing SPF/DMARC record, missing from the sending domain. Or use something like Brevo that handles all the DNS stuff for you. Test with https://mail-tester.com
