Contact Form with several flows

Hi all, for a new project I have to create a contact form which can split up into several flows: In this case private customers and businesses, depending on this first choice the questions afterwards are different. Just like every easy Google form for example. How do I create this/Which plugin to use/How to find the solution for it on the internet?
