Yes, that is the expected behavior. By default, the Sendinblue module will not update existing data.
The data is always captured with the Contact Form 7 Forms.
I have una form to capture suscribers (adding users to a suscribers list) and now this additional form to download templates.
2 forms, and two different lists.
I would expect that, eventhoug a user already suscribed with Form 1 and is added to contact list 1. If they complete form 2, users should be added to contct list 2, eventhough they are already part of contact list 1.
This is not happening, but it works if the user has never surscribed.
