Hi all, I'm very new to WordPress, I haven't built the website myself. I work as a graphic designer at my company and we hired another team to build it so l simply had it handed over and I'm getting on with it alright. It's built with divi, so super easy to get a hang of including some simple css.
However l've ran into an issue recently, our contact page is stuck in a redirect loop. The only thing on that page is the contact form from the divi builder plugin. It has no extra css as far as I can see and the same contact us form is found on the home page which works just fine.
It's not a cookie issue as this is happening across all devices, it's not the https of the website, it's all the same. I've tried using a tool to see where it's redirecting me to, but it wasn't very insightful or the redirect loop is the page redirecting itself to itself.
So I'm really just stuck, not sure how to back up the website either in order to try to roll back any plugin updates-
And for the obvious option of contacting the people who built the website, they have been extremely unresponsive and didn't communicate very well at all during the process but due to our boss having used them before he went ahead and trusted them.

Make sure everything is up to date and try to disable plugins 1 by 1 to check for any conflicts
