Content and Wide widths in Layout for the Group block doesn’t do anything at all

I’m building a header in a reusable block and in the GROUP block, the layout controls as you can see below don’t do anything at all – setting widths here do not reflect in the frontend whatsoever.

Are they working for anyone else who uses these?
