We are looking for a WP plug-in that offers website visitors in contextual explanation for not immediately obvious website features, such scrolling breadcrumbs or anything that got changed or moved around.
A small note should get attached to updated UI element which may open into some more overlay-text or a quick animated demo.
The tool should keep track who already looked at or dismissed that note. Is there an extension that does this well?
