I’m helping build a WordPress site for a local convention. They currently use tabletop.events to sell badges, vendor tables, and allow only certain badge holders(game masters and vendors) to schedule events. They need a list of both open slots and the currently scheduled events
Here’s an example of another convention’s tabletop.events site:
I figured that we could use WooCommerce to sell badges and tables, but the event scheduling is proving to be harder. Especially since I don’t think you can link WooCommerce products to an account for other plugins.
I looked into The Event Calendar but it’s pricey and I’m not sure if it would be able to do what they need.
