Cookie banner doesnt show up

It looks like the Cookie Banner title contains a certain symbol, e.g. a quotation mark ", and since the Cookie Banner title is added as a class to the <div> of the banner, this likely results in a different HTML structure than the plugin expects, and the banner doesn’t appear correctly anymore as a result.

Could you navigate to Complianz -> Consent Banner -> General -> “Consent Banner title” and change it to something simple such as default-banner, then Save settings, and clear any caches in optimization tools (if applicable to your site) and then check whether this resolves the issue.

Oh yes, simple mistake, now the banner is showing, Thanks!

But I think your plugin should do some simplification / slug there, whatever user input.
