Greetings, we recently had a new website built and we are struggling with getting the site to achieve good results with its core web vitals. The original developer is now gone. I have optimised the CSS, JS and images on the main pages but none of this moves the needle much and all the core web vitals reports keep saying there is a load delay (TTFP 3.8s and FCP 4.4s).
I would really like most to get some advice on the site and whether this is an issue with the theme or the webhost or something else.

How does it load when you test it on your phone? At home? At work?
If you are not seeing issues then maybe the issue is more GTMs?
Re-run the test with your actual URL i.e. [https://thelightingcentre.co.nz](https://thelightingcentre.co.nz). The one you entered into GTMetrix was http, which redirected to www, which redirected to https:// – which is where you lost 2 seconds for your TTFB.
Wow. Your site has 100+ requests with that page size.
