Cost of developing a decent WordPress website

[ad_1]

I have been struggling with developing a decent WordPress website, and have been receiving advice from people everywhere on the topic, but nothing works. I’ve purchased a few of the very popular templates/themes as well, and attempted to make it myself, but since I am not an expert, it doesn’t fall into place the way I expect it.

The developers I have been in touch with, take some money and then they don’t follow through on commitments. Is this your experience as well?

How can I manage to get a fresh looking website built, which is efficient and future-ready?

  1. Themes can be a tricky one! They look great on the preview, but you still need to build out the content, and I find that they never quite come out as you like them.

I’d say just try to find a very basic theme, and use the block editor in WordPress to create the content.

A custom WordPress website, if you want a decent one, could cost a fair bit of money. You are looking for anywhere upwards of £5,000 (again, if you want a really good one) – you may be able to find somebody who will charge less, but always be sure to check out their portfolio.
