The problem is not one of file size, but of processing time.
The import via cron already supports very large file sizes and the export is also done step by step and has no time problems; but we still have to do the normal import, the one that is failing you.
You have three possibilities: 1) split the file and do it in parts, 2) ask your host to upload the execution times, 3) wait for us to do the step-by-step import there too, but the latter will indeed take some time.
I cannot confirm you dates.
