I have enabled all coupon feature related checkboxes in woocommerce>settings>General
*Enable the use of coupon codes
*Calculate coupon discounts sequentially
both above are checked.
Also 5 coupons have been created with default woocommerce coupon and 1 with Smart Coupon plugin.
I read your plugins support ticket mentioning the same problem before as well but no definite answer was provided –
This is really a genuine problem.
I use the Divi theme. Rest all is well but the fact that customer cannot enter coupons during checkout really leaves me wondering. So i decided to send you pictures of the checkout page with the plugin active and without. Pic links are in the previous message.
Please do help as this is important to me.
Thanks in Advance
When the Multi-Step Checkout plugin is activated, both the login and the coupon forms from top of the page get transformed inside the steps.
The login form will be transformed into the “Login” step. See this screenshot. The Login step will show up only if the user is not currently logged in and only if the “Allow customers to log into an existing account during checkout” option is enabled on the “WP Admin -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Accounts & Privacy” page.
The coupon form will be placed before the “Your order” section of the checkout form, which on your website is inside the third step, aka “Order & Payment” step.
