Hi,
Technically if you have the option disabled in the settings, existing affiliate users can submit the affiliate registration form again, to create another coupon: https://i.gyazo.com/f09a2c6946aa6dae4cca766625bbd28e.png
Then with the auto-accept feature enabled, it would automatically accept and create the coupon for them: https://i.gyazo.com/84a53216d9f541a99c33ffa2571e36a4.png
Currently there is no way to set a limit on this however.
