I’m not entirely sure what you mean by this. I’ve looked at the website linked and saw the big hero image at the top looking ok on both the desktop and mobile view. Could you please get back to us with more details on this one?

The Image is ok for the desktop version but for mobile, its height is too small.

First off, you’ll have to start with your image. It has a lot of space on the sides — — which makes it be not that tall on the mobile version. I would recommend adjusting the image first.
Once you’re done adjusting the image, you will have to look in your Gutenberg editor and adjust how it fits. This is all controlled by the editor of your choice and to find out more information about that, you’ll need to check out their documentation, as that is out of our control. Honestly, I would just remove the background entirely from the image and control it via the editor.
