I am trying to create a real estate calculator the calculate a users potential return on investment. The problem is that there are too many variables. What I want to do is create a button on the form called “Customize” and then that will launch a modal for the user to input new values. Once they submit that modal, all the new values will be calculated.
This website does a phenomenal job with this.
