Hi, I am looking for a solution for creating an e-commerce store similar to etsy that would allow others to create their own stores and sell on my website. Any recommendations how to go about this? So far I stumbled upon Dokan , wbcomdesigns, WC Vendors, WCFM Marketplace. Let me know if you have experience with any of those or if I should avoid them or if they don’t seem like the right fit for what I am trying to do. Just started researching them
Dokan worked well for me but that was years ago! I can remember it being slow but the features were better than its counterparts.
I think you should use free versions of these to figure out what works best for you.
Dokan has improved a lot over the period of time. I’ve personally used it for my clients without any issues so far. You can give the free version a shot and see if it suits your needs. It has much better features than it’s competitors.
I have used WCVendors and it works really well for WooCommerce.
