Create New Admin User from SQL

I handed over a WP Self-hosted instance to a small company like 10 yrs ago. They’ve just reached saying they were trying to make a change and can’t log in. I managed to find some old emails that allowed me to load the WP Database using Heidi SQL.

If I go to the User table, all the users that should have been there are gone, there’s only a single row and it points to some generic email adress out on the net..

It looks like they let their site get taken over by someone but that person did not wreck the site, the user registered date is 2019!!

Is there a SQL query I can run that will create a new ADMIN account for myself that will allow me to access the Interface, with full access, as per usual?
