Creating a list of options that repeat across ACF field groups

I use Tailwind and want to provide some choices of classes to use for my ACF Guttenberg blocks. Can I store this in a variable somewhere where ACF can call up so that I don't have to recreate the list for every Field Group for each Guttenberg block that requires it?

This might be better done with Carbon Fields, but it is not feasible to change at this point in time.

Does anyone have any insight as to how this can be done with ACF?
