I’m volunteering my time to make a website for a small business/charity sort of thing. There’s one thing I’m struggling with working out as I’m not too sure what plugins will work for this.
They have a monthly subscription for members who support them. At the moment they take payments through GoCardless and PayPal – I think they want to keep using these. They’ve also just started to use BeaconCRM for making sign up forms and I don’t know what else tbh, I haven’t looked too much into BeaconCRM but I know they’re just on the basic package.
To start with I want to make a basic members login area where the subscribers can log in and manage their accounts. So they can update their details, change payment details, cancel, increase or decrease their subscription amount or make one off donations. Currently to do any of this they need to call the office during specific times and do it all that way and obviously it’s much better for them to do it themselves.
Would appreciate some advice on the best way of doing this. I wasn’t sure if woocommerce was an option or not. Thanks!
