Creating a modified version of existing WP site: cheaper than brand new?

I have an existing 5 page WordPress business website, but I am not the official owner (I am an employee).

I want to hire a company to build a new WP site that has 90% of the same content (which is mostly info about me), with a few slight modifications (e.g. the site is not an exact "clone" because I want to respect copyright, but 90% of the info is unchanged).

Are there companies that specialize in lightly modifying an existing WP site design (and which would charge less since they don't need to reinvent the site from scratch)?

Since the modified site requires only mild changes from the original, I feel like this should be much cheaper than making a brand new site.
